By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:
Section 1. Purpose and Policy. (a) As America has entered a a New Golden Age of American Greatness, it is only proper that the United States, the greatest Country in the history of the World, have symbol that recognizes this New Golden Age.
(b) The current national bird, the bald eagle, is a weak scavenger, content to steal the rightful kills of Great Hunters, and when failing to do so, it can often be seen eating garbage. It has a pathetic cry that is replaced in movies and television with more muscular calls from other birds. It has a name synonymous weak and pathetic unmasculine and unvirille qualities.
(c) The Golden Eagle (Aquila chrysaetos) is a magnificent hunter of the skies with unmatched speed, strength and agility in the animal kingdom. Like America’s Military, it has a global reach unequaled in the world. With a name synonymous with Greatness and Prosperity, it is only proper that the United States claim EXCLUSIVE rights to this symbol. Therefore. it is ordered that the Golden Eagle become the new national symbol of the United States.
Sec. 2. Agency Implementation. (a) Within 30 days of the date of this order, every Article II department and constituent agency will make available to the their respective Secretaries or in the case of independent agencies, the White House Chief of Staff will present a a plan of proposed actions to come in compliance with this Executive Order.
(b) Within 90 days of the date of this order, every Article II department and constituent agency shall have replaced all invalid all seals, signage, logos, imagery, and publications with the Golden Eagle, pursuant to relevant US Code.
(c) As the Golden Eagle is the EXCLUSIVE symbol of the United States, it is ordered that all Departments and Agencies of the United States to refuse any document, communication from any foreign government of alien that illegally features any similar eagle. Furthermore, no Secretary, Ambassador, federal agent or employee may enter any foreign government building illegally displaying the Golden Eagle or any similar eagle.
Sec. 4. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency; or
(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
(b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
(c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
(d) The costs for publication of this order shall be borne by all Article II departments and independent agencies.
